DIGITAL FAMILY SURVEY: Managing Online Communities
This Study is conducted by Digital Family in association with the USC Annenberg Program on Online Communities and E-Poll Market Research. It is designed for professionals involved in the creation, management and marketing of online communities. The goal of this study is to obtain information about practices being used in the engagement and retention of online communities.

The results of this survey will be unveiled at the Digital Family Summit on September 23 in Santa Monica and be used to inform social media professionals in a variety of industries. This data will be meaningful to companies that have built their own community platform, corporations building community around their brand or those that have contributed to existing ones such as Facebook, MySpace, Bebo, etc.
